Our standard shipping within the USA is with USPS. If you would like a faster service for expedited shipping (additional charge), contact us by email: support@magicalbodies.com.
For P.O. Box address, to ship to the PO Box address may cause problem with the carrier.
Shipping Policy for Orders within the United States
- Shipping Information: Our shipping services ensure safe and efficient delivery of your orders. Please read through the following policy regarding shipping and duties fees for orders within the United States of America.

Shipping Process:
Magical Bodies ships daily, and we offer local delivery and pick up. Note that our small local shop is open for public shopping. If you would like local pick up for your order, contact us at support@magicalbodies.com.
Please be patient with your order. We make each product for you. This is called drop-shipping. Our production time is about 6 business days. Give us about 3 weeks including shipping time, and plan for longer during holiday seasons. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team will process and ship your items. We collaborate with reliable shipping partners to ensure your package reaches you in a timely manner. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information once your order is dispatched.
If you have urgent orders or time constraints, please contact us prior to ordering, as we can initiate expedited shipping for an additional charge. - Shipping Fees: Shipping fees for orders within the United States will be calculated during the checkout process based on your location and the weight of the items in your cart. These fees cover the cost of transportation and handling of your package until it reaches your doorstep.
- Duties and Taxes: Please be aware that orders shipped to locations outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other customs fees levied by your counties authorities. These charges are separate from the product and shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Usually, the customs authorities determine these fees based on the declared value of the items in your order. We recommend contacting your local customs office or relevant authorities for more information about potential duties and taxes prior to ordering.
- Customs Clearance: Any delays caused by customs procedures are beyond our control.
- Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused by the customer due to unwillingness to pay customs duties or any other reasons, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees and other associated costs. The original shipping charges are non-refundable in such cases.
- Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information during the checkout process. Any errors or omissions in the provided address may result in delayed or undelivered shipments. Additional charges for address correction or re-shipment will be borne by the customer.
- Delivery Times: While we strive to provide accurate estimated delivery times, these can vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance delays and local delivery processes. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

Refund and Return Policy:
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days, meaning you can return the item within 30 days after you have received the items from your order.
If 30 days have gone by since you received your items, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returns
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- One-of-a-kind commissioned, original items (i.e. hand-painted silks, original commissioned paintings)
- Sale items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact us at support@magicalbodies.com if you want to make a return of product.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet,
- first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@magicalbodies.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded: unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
Custom, one-of-a-kind orders:
One-of-a-kind, custom-sized and custom-made items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping your order to you will be deducted from your refund, unless the order was shipping with FREE shipping.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
